The menu of the day is chosen by the Head Chef, and it is a two-course menu with a main course and either a starter or dessert. The menu is based on a selection of the season’s produce. The menu is planned for one year at a time and it varies from season to season. The evening menu of the day can be chosen by all guests, whether you are visiting the estate alone or in a group.
The party menu is a three-course menu with the option of a tailored drinks menu. The party menu ensures delicious catering after a day of meetings, and is an option for groups of more than 12 people. You can see this year’s options for party menus in the folder below. If you have special wishes and suggestions, then please contact us.
Both menus can include dishes for vegetarians, vegans or people with allergies.
